 • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.
 • All products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.
 • Bottles with broken seals, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for a refund.


 📦How to Return Your Order

1- Include Documentation

  • Please include the original packing slip with your return so we can identify your order.
  • If the packing slip is unavailable, include a handwritten note with your full name and shipping address.

2- Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.
  • All returns must be shipped via USPS to the following address:

3- Processing Schedule

  • Returns are received and processed Monday through Friday.
  • Once received, our team will conduct a quality check on the returned product(s).


💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items returned that do not meet our policy guidelines will not be credited.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers must cover the return shipping cost.
  • Please ensure bottles are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
